What I have discovered is that Google has removed the license from it play store server. When the app dials in for permission, it does not find it. Developer is working on it. Sad, the way Google operates. My guess is the bloatware people complained about it and pressured Google to take this action. In my case, often, bloatware will pop up some message or something on the screen. My drivers scan packages in with their barcode scanners. An pop up interrupts it, often no one aware of it until the driver checks, and instead of his upload, there is nothing but an advertisement on the screen. Shame on google. The good news is that it looks as if disable software stays disabled, for now. This is happening to all P.D. apps, LG, Samsung, Owner, etc.

Been using for years, lets me disable bloatware apps easily and allows me to re-enable apps quickly.
